Alongside French classics, we highlight Hokkaido producers,  especially Yoichi whose bottles capture the region’s cool climate and volcanic soils. By the glass you’ll find a rotating selection from around ¥1,700, with bottles from ¥8,000 and takeaway options from ¥6,000.
