Our story

APÉRO NISEKO Wines & Bar is the first APÉRO home outside Tokyo. Founder Guillaume Dupérier, originally from Savoie, recognised something familiar in Hokkaido’s mountains and seasons. That connection plus Hokkaido’s produce and young wine scene inspired him to create an APÉRO-style bar at the base of the slopes: part alpine bar, part neighbourhood wine shop, always rooted in warm hospitality.
